Job Description

l Do
• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Provide direct behavioral therapy using proven ABA strategies
• Work closely with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support skill growth across home, school, and community settings
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and guide treatment decisions
• Train, mentor, and supervise behavior technicians and other team members
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of client progress and outcomes
• Collaborate with a supportive team using a multi-environmental approach
• Enjoy a flexible, self-paced schedule that supports work-life balance
• What We’re Looking For
• BCBA/BCaBA certification (required)
• Master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field
• Experience working with children with special needs, especially autism
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
• Experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
• A team-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
