Job Description
you will be doing:
• Conduct thorough mental health evaluations and establish accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Offer both individual and group therapy sessions.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and coordinate referrals to additional services.
• Maintain precise, confidential records documenting patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Perform additional duties as required to support the facility's mental health program.
• Qualifications:
• Licensure: Active LMFT license in California (newly licensed professionals are encouraged to apply).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
Salary/Rate Range: $62.00 to $78.00 /hour Other Information: Benefits
• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time schedules available.
• Schedule Flexibility: Options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts to accommodate work-life balance
• W2 or 1099 pay options are available
