Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• Experience working in school environments, particularly with elementary (Grades K-5), middle (Grades 6-8), or high school (Grades 9-12) students.
• Proven ability to manage and support 1:1 care assignments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with school staff and families.
