BCBA will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans while supervising clinical staff and ensuring high-quality service delivery in accordance with Minnesota EIDBI standards and DHS guidelines. This role offers an engaging and supportive clinical environment where your expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) will help clients achieve meaningful developmental progress while working collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams.
ResponsibilitiesClinical Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments to determine individualized treatment needs.
• Develop and oversee Individual Treatment Plans (ITPs) and behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
• Implement and supervise evidence-based behavioral interventions to support communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skill development.
• Analyze treatment data regularly and adjust intervention strategies to ensure effective outcomes.
Supervision & Staff Support
• Provide clinical supervision and training to Level 1 and Level 2 staff, Behavior Technicians, and other clinical team members.
• Conduct 1:16 ratio supervision in compliance with Minnesota EIDBI requirements.
• Provide Observation and Direction (O/D) to ensure treatment fidelity and high-quality service delivery.
• Train staff on ABA procedures, data collection methods, and behavior management strategies.
Collaboration
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching to support skill generalization across environments.
• Collaborate with families, educators, therapists, and case managers to coordinate care and support client progress.
• Participate in intake meetings, assessments, and treatment planning sessions with new and existing clients.
Documentation & Compliance
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment updates in accordance with HIPAA and Minnesota DHS requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota EIDBI service standards, medical necessity guidelines, and billing documentation requirements.
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of Minnesota EIDBI services and DHS regulations is preferred.
• Strong skills in data analysis, treatment planning, and staff supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians or Level 1/Level 2 EIDBI staff.
• Familiarity with ABA data systems.
• Experience conducting parent training and caregiver coaching.
• Background working in clinical, school, or early intervention settings.
