Job Description

Are you an experienced RBT, BCaBA, BCBA, Special Education Professional, OT, or SLP looking to apply your skills beyond the clinic?

Our Autism Independence Program helps autistic teens and young adults apply skills learned through therapy and school into meaningful real-world independence.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly in homes and community settings while helping clients build confidence, communication, self-regulation, and daily living skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide individualized support in homes and community environments

Help clients develop independence and daily living skills

Support emotional regulation and communication development

Navigate behavioral challenges safely and respectfully

Implement individualized support strategies

Collaborate closely with families and leadership

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience working with autistic teens or adults

Experience supporting moderate to high-support needs

Experience managing aggression, severe emotional dysregulation, sensory overload, or challenging behaviors

Crisis intervention training (CPI, PCM, QBS, Pro-ACT, or equivalent)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Reliable transportation
