Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote positive behavioral outcomes.
• Monitor student progress and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
• Support the elementary behavior classroom through direct intervention and consultation.
Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students (Pre-K to 5th grade) preferred.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and prioritize student needs.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility for travel within the specified nearby areas.
