What You'll Need
• Master’s degree in human services, education, psychology, counseling, social work, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or licensure eligibility as a Behavior Analyst by the Virginia Board of Medicine
• Supervisory experience in a school or community-based setting serving individuals with disabilities
• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Verbal Behavior (VB) practices
• Valid Virginia driver’s license in good standing
What You'll Do
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide clinical supervision, staff training, and ongoing performance feedback to ensure program fidelity and quality
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral strategies within educational and therapeutic settings
• Monitor data and outcomes to guide program adjustments and ensure progress toward student goals
• Deliver direct services and crisis support as needed, maintaining compliance with all clinical and documentation standards
