Responsibilities
• Implement personalized ABA treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) while maintaining a professional and supportive demeanor with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Track client progress toward treatment goals, prepare necessary materials for sessions, and communicate updates or concerns to the BCBA and therapy team.
• Collaborate with therapy staff to ensure effective treatment delivery and attend ongoing training to stay current with ABA practices.

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent (required); bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Completion of or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 60 days upon hire.
• Reliable transportation for travel to therapy centers.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Physical Requirements
• Active role requiring frequent kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor.
• Must be able to lift and carry clients and move quickly to ensure their safety.
