Cincinnati Center for Autism supports individuals with autism and their families through programming in the areas of academics, adaptive behavior, communication, and social participation.

Behavior Technician
Come support positive change in the lives of individuals and their families as a Behavior Technician at Cincinnati Center for Autism.
Job Responsibilities:
• Work 1:1 with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related disorders
• Implement treatment plans to support acquisition of social, communication, academic, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and team to design effective behavior intervention plans
• Implement behavior plans as written
• Take behavior and skill acquisition data daily/graph data daily
• Share data with team weekly
• Communicate professionally and openly with team to support best outcome for all students
• Write progress reports quarterly
• Use Safe Crisis Management (SCM) techniques when required
• Participate in on-going training opportunities
• Other duties as assigned
Candidates Must:
• Have earned a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or be working toward a Bachelor’s Degree
• Have experience and some level of comfort working with individuals who may exhibit aggressive, disruptive, and/or self-injurious behavior.
• Be motivated to learn from a team of experienced professionals
