Responsibilities of Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), providing hands-on training and support
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings

Qualifications for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA):
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes
