nistrative Assistant to support daily operations within our office during the summer. This role is designed to provide flexible support across a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, depending on the needs of the team.
The Administrative Assistant will work closely with staff and leadership to help maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities may vary and will focus on assisting with general office functions, communication, and organization.
Duties
• Provide general administrative support to staff and daily office operations
• Assist with answering phones, taking messages, and responding to emails
• Help with scheduling, calendar updates, and basic coordination tasks
• Support client communication and assist with onboarding processes
• Greet clients and help maintain a welcoming office environment
• Assist with organizing documents, filing, and maintaining records
• Help prepare materials for staff and client-related activities
• Support office organization, supplies, and general upkeep
• Assist with basic social media or newsletter tasks, as needed
• Provide support on special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer skills (Google Docs, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs
• Professional, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual preferred
Pay/Benefits
• $18.00 per hour.
• Part-Time, Summer Position (June-Aug)
• Flexible hours; Monday-Friday 1pm-5pm
• Hands-on experience in a professional office setting
