• Flexible part-time schedules: after school & potential weekends
• Work collaboratively with experienced BCBA supervisors
• Opportunities to pursue Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Hands-on training and clinical supervision from ABA leaders
Role Overview
As a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapist), you’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home/community while following an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) created by a BCBA. Your work will directly support progress in communication, focus, and positive behavior change.
Daily Responsibilities
• Build positive rapport with students and families
• Implement ABA strategies (discrete trial teaching, prompting, modeling, reinforcement, redirection)
• Track and document skill acquisition and behavior progress daily
• Engage in professional feedback and guidance from your supervising BCBA
• Communicate respectfully and consistently with families, supervisors, and team members
Qualifications
• Background in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Language Pathology
• Preferred: Active RBT certification (not required, training provided)
• Experience with preschool or elementary-aged children (preferred)
• Reliable, professional, adaptable, and compassionate
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Mon–Fri, 3:00–5:30 PM
• 4 y/o Male – Woodhaven
Mon–Fri, 4:30–8:00 PM + Sat or Sun, 12:00–2:30 PM

Mon–Fri, 4:00–7:00 PM
• 6 y/o Male – Middle Village
Mon, Tue & Thu (flexible after school hours)
• 7 y/o Male – Middle Village
Mon–Fri, 4:00–8:00 PM + Sat 3:00–8:00 PM
