Job Description
Rightway-Aba, based in Union City, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) to provide in-home ABA therapy for children aged 2-18. The BT will implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs and support clients in communication, social skills, and daily living activities.
This position involves tracking progress, preparing for sessions, and maintaining documentation to uphold treatment standards. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and a commitment to professional conduct in line with BACB guidelines.
