Position Details:
• This is ONSITE at Mercy Hospital St. Louis! *
- Education:
- Masters degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field,
- Licensure:
- LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required
- Certification:
- BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required
- Experience:
- 3+ years of applied experience working with children with special needs
- Experience conducting functional behavioral assessments and writing behavior support plans
- Experience developing, implementing, and monitoring individual educational and behavioral programs for children with special needs
- Preferred Education:
- Clinical internship preferred
- Research experience in behavior analysis with applied setting preferred
- Preferred Experience:
- Experience supervising and training staff at varying levels of skills and abilities
- Experience providing parent education and training programs

Responsibilities
- •The Behavior Analyst conducts assessments to identify deficits and excess impacting each childs ability to learn
- •Individualized treatment plans are designed based on assessment results and supported through staff training and data analysis
- •The Behavior Analyst teaches staff to implement treatment plans with fidelity, record data accurately and respond to patient learning needs
- •Data systems are designed, checked for accuracy and analyzed on a routine basis
