Therapists in this role will work collaboratively with a supportive clinical team and have the opportunity to impact lives in real ways—helping clients navigate challenges, build resilience, and work toward long-term wellness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outpatient therapy services across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults)
• Conduct diagnostic assessments and collaborate on strength-based, individualized treatment plans (ITPs)
• Provide individual, family, or group therapy, therapeutic behavioral services (TBS), and psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR)
• Support clients through crisis situations and contribute to safety planning
• Assist with client skill development and connection to essential community resources
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with OMHAS and agency expectations
• Participate in required team meetings and supervision

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
• Active Ohio licensure: LSW, LISW, LPC, or LPCC (required)
• Clinical experience working with youth and/or adults in community settings
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation and valid Ohio driver’s license
• Spanish speaking (preferred)

Additional Details:
• Flexible part-time schedule (daytime availability required; evening hours optional)
• Participation in agency-required training including CPR, First Aid, and de-escalation
• Travel required within Cuyahoga County to meet client needs
• Access to clinical records and protected health information (PHI) as outlined in HIPAA and agency policy

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 15.0 per week
