What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Current RBT certification and active registration with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience supporting children with behavioral needs, preferably within a school environment
• Familiarity with state IEP programs is highly valued
• Bilingual speakers are encouraged to apply, though this is not required
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy and behavior support to students across grade levels
• Assist teachers and special education teams in daily classroom activities
• Track and document student progress, collaborating with school staff and families
• Uphold individualized education programs (IEPs) with fidelity and compassion
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
