What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage your own small caseload of amazing kids and families
• Supervise RBTs in schools and homes (mix of in-person and telehealth)
• Conduct assessments and design individualized treatment plans
• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care
• Collaborate with educators and families to create meaningful progress
• Uphold the highest ethical and compliance standards
You’re a Perfect Fit If You:
Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Have at least 1 year of ABA experience
Love collaborating with others and working toward meaningful outcomes
Communicate clearly and confidently with teams and families

Qualifications
- •Experience: Minimum 1 year required
- •Supportive, hands-on leadership that actually listens
- •Are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- •Have at least 1 year of ABA experience
- •Love collaborating with others and working toward meaningful outcomes
- •Communicate clearly and confidently with teams and families
Benefits
- •Pay Rate: $65–$90/hour
- •Schedule: Flexible, Part-Time (10–20 billable hours/week)
