Job Description
the relief and pride that caregivers feel when they see real progress at home.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to help care recipients and caregivers thrive in the environment that matters most — their own home. We bring ABA therapy into real routines, where everyday moments become opportunities for growth.
Why You’ll Love Working With iCare Therapy
We believe that great care starts with great support — for our clinicians and the families we serve.
Why You'll Love Working With iCare Therapy
• In-Home ABA With Heart – Deliver care where life happens, surrounded by caregivers and routines.
• Balanced Work, Real Support – Focus on care, while we handle logistics and administrative details.
• Professional Growth – Ongoing mentorship, CEU stipends, and leadership opportunities.
• Collaborative, Family-Centered Approach – Every care plan is a team effort between BCBA, RBT, and caregiver.
• Hybrid Flexibility – Combine in-home visits with remote collaboration and planning time.
Your Role as a BCBA
As a BCBA, you'll lead with compassion and precision, guiding care recipients and caregivers through meaningful, evidence-based interventions. You'll collaborate closely with caregivers, RBTs, and interdisciplinary partners to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect iCare Therapy's commitment to ethical, high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments to inform individualized treatment plans.
• Develop, update, and oversee Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with clear, measurable goals.
• Provide ongoing supervision, coaching, and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Lead caregiver training that builds confidence, understanding, and carryover across home and community settings.
• Review treatment data regularly and adjust programs to maintain steady, meaningful progress.
What You'll Bring
• Active BCBA certification and eligibility for North Carolina LBA licensure.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), psychology, education, or related field.
• 5+ years of supervisory or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Expertise in Natural Environment Teaching (NET), Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and Verbal Behavior (VB).
• Experience with digital data platforms (e.g., CentralReach, Rethink).
• Clear communication, empathy, and a collaborative approach to supporting caregivers and teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to train and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• A strong ethical foundation and commitment to ongoing professional growth.
What You'll Get
• Competitive salary: $115,000 annually
• $5,000 sign-on bonus
• 3+ weeks PTO plus paid holidays
• Flexible scheduling and hybrid options
• CEU reimbursement and internal professional development
• Clinical and operational support that helps you focus on quality care
