t role offers the opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to a diverse student population, helping to enhance communication skills and educational outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
• Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educators to support student progress
• Providing direct therapy sessions to students across K-12 grade levels
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to educational planning
Qualifications:
• Valid SLP certification/license as required by the state
• Experience working in school settings across K-12 grade levels
• Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
• Ability to tailor therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to student advocacy and collaborative teamwork
Working in this role provides direct engagement with students in a supportive educational environment, fostering professional growth and meaningful impact on student success. The position requires in-person attendance to facilitate hands-on therapy and collaboration within the school community.

- •Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required
