Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct mental health assessments for patients in the Emergency Department
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling
• Support discharge planning and coordinate referrals to community resources
• Manage crisis situations and provide immediate intervention
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams
Required Qualifications
• Valid licensure in one of the following:
• LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
• LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker)
• LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor)
• LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist)
• PhD in a related field
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) or MOAB certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
- •Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- •3 Days per Week (30 Hours)
