Job Description
preschool teaching, teaching assistant, daycare, early childhood education, and care for individuals with special needs. This is a great role for people who are looking to advance their careers in occupational therapy, speech therapy, physical therapy, behavior-based therapy, and other psychology specialties.
No experience is required. We provide paid training, a friendly and supportive team environment, and an extensive career path with advancement opportunities including the opportunity to receive your Registered Behavior Technician certification.
What You’ll Do:
As a Behavior Technician, you will interact one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, from ages 2-14, in our high-quality children's therapy clinic. We utilize a results-oriented approach called Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA therapy), which involves observing how our clients react to their environment and how they respond to people around them. You will engage these special children in fun activities to help build their skills and social awareness and document their progress. All work is performed in our clinic, no travel required.

Caravel Pay Details:
• No RBT? Get your RBT coursework paid for by us and earn $17.50 to $18.50 an hour
• Obtained your RBT? Start at $18 for RBT 1 with potential to move up to $24.50 with progressions into Advanced ARBT
• Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown. At Caravel we provide competitive wages with excellent benefits, including medical and dental insurance, employer-matched 401(k), paid time-off, paid travel, short-term disability and more.
Requirements
• Availability to work full-time between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday (Centers are open periodically on Saturdays for make-up client sessions.)
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
