Job Description

If you are seeking a position with an impact organization where you can change a child's life, nonprofit organization Family Initiative may be for you. We are looking for RBTs to join our Babcock Ranch and surrounding area location. As a nonprofit, our commitment is to impact, not billable hours. We are a locally owned and operated nonprofit agency established in 2014. We are a rapidly growing agency looking for a high quality RBT to join our team. While our primary services are home based for children with Autism, we provide a wide variety of behavior analytic services for a wide range of individuals. Our RBTs provide in home and in community Applied Behavior Analysis services under the supervision of a BCBA and work closely as a team, with ongoing support and training.

Family Initiative is committed to providing families with a world class experience where they feel heard, supported, and loved. We want our team to feel the same! We provide a high level of supervision from our team of experienced clinicians and have many opportunities for growth and development.
