Addressing interpersonal trauma is a critical component of effective treatment, and our team is specially trained to assess and treat these co-occurring challenges within a client-centered, trauma-informed environment tailored to individual needs.
Position Overview
We are seeking multiple therapists/clinicians to join our growing, collaborative team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about mental health care, bring strong clinical skills, and are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
We welcome candidates who are working toward full licensure and offer high-quality clinical supervision within a supportive and team-oriented setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and ASAM assessments to identify client needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure well-rounded care
• Participate in case consultations and treatment planning meetings
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational standards
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Provide crisis intervention services when needed
• Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in mental health care
Qualifications
• Master's degree in a mental health-related field from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted licensure in the state of Utah
• Experience in outpatient, community-based mental health, substance use treatment, and/or domestic violence services preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• MRT and/or DV certification preferred, but not required
