This role is ideal for a BCaBA, graduate student or a future BCBA who wants to deepen both clinical and leadership skills.
Role Summary
The Program Manager leads day-to-day case coordination and treatment implementation under BCBA supervision. You translate assessments and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) into clear, teachable steps, coach technicians and caregivers using BST, monitor fidelity, and ensure meaningful progress across settings (home, school, community, telehealth).
You are the clinical anchor families and technicians rely on daily.
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Delivery
• Implement skill-acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans across home, community, and telehealth settings
• Model prompting, fading, differential reinforcement, error correction, generalization
• Conduct in-field and telehealth observations; deliver real-time coaching using Behavior Skills Training
• Review, graph, and interpret data; present clear recommendations to the BCBA
• Provide substitute session coverage to maintain continuity of care when technicians are absent
• Collect accurate, real-time data; follow the BIP and session targets; communicate key updates promptly
Support & Team Coaching
• Coach Behavior Technicians/RBTs through onboarding, performance feedback, and skill-building
• Promote ethical, compassionate practices grounded in dignity and client-centered care
• Identify technician skill gaps and coordinate with trainers to support development
Family Partnership & Collaboration
• Serve as the primary contact for routine case questions
• Deliver caregiver training using BST; develop home practice plans and simple visuals
• Support generalization across home, school, and community settings

Qualifications
• BCaBA certification OR bachelor’s degree with enrollment in a related master’s program
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience including in-home work
• Strong competency in ABA data collection, prompting, reinforcement, behavior reduction, and BST
• Exceptional communication skills
• Leadership abilities: organization, time management, coaching mindset, conflict prevention
• Cultural humility and collaborative spirit
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to homes & community sites
Physical / Environmental Requirements
• Active engagement with children (sitting, standing, kneeling, moving)
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs of materials
• Work in home, school, community, and telehealth environments
• Implement safety strategies after training
Compliance
• Background check, TB, CPR/First Aid, crisis-prevention certification
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and all company/payer regulations
• Obtain/maintain NPI
