• •As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will be a part of growing team
• •In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation
• •Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting
• •Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills work well with others and to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information
• •Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress
