Compensation: $28.50–$44.03 DOE and Licensure

What You'll Do as a Therapist
• Provide direct and indirect clinical services to adolescents in a short-term crisis stabilization setting
• Complete intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Facilitate individual and group therapy focused on skill-building and emotional regulation
• Monitor client progress, behaviors, and responses to treatment and medications
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete required administrative tasks
• Collaborate with supervisors, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners
• Provide consultation and training support as needed, including coordination with external organizations

Qualifications
• Master's degree in social work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Utah licensure as CSW, ACMHC, AMFT, LCSW, CMHC, or LMFT (or the ability to obtain it before starting).
• Valid drivers license
• Solid skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy.
• Comfortable working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
• Reliable with documentation and maintaining professional standards.
• Committed to ethical practice and ongoing learning.
• Spanish speakers may qualify for a wage increase
