Participate in professional development to improve clinical abilities and stay current on innovative trends.
Qualifications:
Active and valid state license.: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
Establish a secure and trusted therapy relationship with clients by demonstrating great communication and interpersonal skills.
Empathy, sympathy, and a nonjudgmental attitude toward clients' experiences and struggles are required.
Demonstrate great organizational and time management abilities, enabling efficient caseload management and administrative chores.
Compensation and Benefits:
$70,000-$100,000 Annual salary determined by experience and credentials.
