Job Description
de 1:1 ABA therapy to children in school and early learning settings in the Pasco-Hernando region
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) created by a supervising BCBA
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Assist with skill acquisition, social skills groups, and behavior reduction goals
• Work closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to ensure collaborative, coordinated care
RBT Development Opportunities:
• Clinical supervision for career advancement (for those pursuing BCaBA/BCBA)
• Group learning cohorts & peer mentorship
• Supervision hours toward certification (restricted & unrestricted)
• Access to USF-aligned training from practicum-approved BCBAs
• Centralized caseloads within 20 minutes of your home area
