Job Description

• Provide one-on-one behavior therapy sessions in various settings, including homes, schools, and clinics.
• Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in implementing behavior support strategies across environments.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals and objectives.
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews to discuss client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications:
• Must hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations

Responsibilities
- •As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide behavior analysis services to clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and other behavioral disorders
