Behavior Analysis Practicum (Master’s Level)
ABA Student Analyst (Master’s Level) Premier ABA Provider for Children with Autism
Join our Rising Stars program. This role is designed for a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) accruing supervision hours. You will provide early intervention therapy, collect data, implement individualized treatment plans, and develop clinical skills under BCBA supervision.
Compensation and Bonuses

Your Role
• Providing early intervention therapy in a center‑based setting for children ages 18 months to 13 years
• Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Developing clinical skills under BCBA supervision
• Collaborating with BCBAs and team members sharing core values
• Allocating 8 hours per week off direct care for BDS modules
• Sitting for the BACB exam within 6 months of joining
Requirements
• Student Analyst has accrued 85% of fieldwork hours (1700/2000 hours)
• All restricted hours completed
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited master’s program
