Ambitions ABA Colorado provides in-home ABA therapy for children and support for their families. We’re looking for a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our amazing team!

Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Free access to the RBT certification course for candidates with experience working with children in a professional or volunteer setting, such as camps, daycare, tutoring, or mentoring.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
• Follow all BCBA guidance related to each client’s treatment plan
• Prepare for sessions with a clear understanding of goals, structure, and materials
• Implement intervention procedures and provide timely communication and feedback to the BCBA
• Maintain professionalism when interacting with parents and caregivers, following BACB ethical standards
• Collect and record data on client progress during sessions
• Comply with all HIPAA confidentiality requirements
