Position Highlights
• Hybrid role: combination of in-person and remote work

Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide clinical supervision to RBTs/BTs
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with families and caregivers
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain BACB ethical and professional standards
Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification (required)
• Massachusetts licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Experience in home-based, clinic, or school settings preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Compensation & Benefits
