Clarity ABA is a local, BCBA-owned private practice seeking experienced Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. We serve children and families with a clear mission: to provide **neurodiversity-affirming, assent-based ABA**.

• *What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)**
• Provide compassionate, one-on-one assent-based ABA instruction to children in their homes, schools, or childcare centers. We do not operate a clinic/center.
• Work and play with children ages 2 to 18 (**current position**: ages 2 to 6)
• Promote client communication, self-advocacy, engagement, play, and social skills.
• Follow detailed behavior support plans and teaching procedures created by the BCBA.
• Provide empathetic communication and service to parents, teachers, and caregivers.
• Accurately record behavioral data and write professional session notes.
• Collaborate closely with your BCBA supervisor and team to ensure exceptional care.
• Support children with toileting and other self-care.
• Support children who may engage in aggression, self-injury, bolting, and other significant behaviors of concern.
• *Who We're Looking For (Qualifications)**
• **Preferred:** Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR at least **one year** of experience providing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• **Required:** 6+ months experience as an ABA therapist or special education paraprofessional working with children in homes, clinics, or schools
• **The Right Fit:** You are kind, professional, organized, flexible, reliable, and confident at multitasking. . . and you are really good at playing with kids!
• **Must-travel:** You have your own reliable vehicle and you are willing to travel to client locations in Springfield, South Hadley, Easthampton, Southampton, and surrounding areas.

This is an active and physical job! To effectively support, play, and ensure the safety of active children, you must be able to regularly and consistently:
• Frequently and quickly get up from and down to the floor.
• Sit, stand, kneel, bend, twist, and crouch to interact with learners.
• Run and be highly physically active for extended times daily.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
