What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily operations of our Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists and support staff.
• Support census growth, scheduling, and admissions coordination.
• Ensure clinical excellence, documentation compliance, and quality improvement.
• Collaborate with intake and referral partners to strengthen community relationships.
• Act as a trusted leader, supporting both patients and staff.
What We’re Looking For
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Texas license (LPC, LCMW, LMFT, or LCSW).
• At least 2–3 years of clinical experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment.
• Leadership experience (or strong interest in stepping into a leadership role).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with EMR systems and clinical documentation.
