• Supportive team environment without micromanagement
• Opportunity to work with individuals, couples, families, and specialized populations (including first responders and veterans)
Compensation
• This is a W-2 commission-based position.
• Full-time clinicians (minimum 25 client sessions per week)
• typically earn $75,000–$95,000+ annually depending on caseload and payer mix
• Part-time opportunities available with scalable income based on availability
Position Overview
As a clinician at Restored Counseling, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy while integrating Christian faith into the counseling process.
You will work with a mix of individual and couples clients, with a strong emphasis on marriage counseling and affair recovery.
This role requires the ability to thoughtfully integrate Christian faith into clinical counseling, consistent with the mission of our practice.
Responsibilities
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with clients to establish and achieve treatment goals
• Participate in occasional team meetings or case consultation
Qualifications
• Active Missouri license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience or strong interest in couples therapy, marriage counseling, or affair recovery
• Ability and willingness to integrate Christian faith into clinical work
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

• Hybrid – Combination of in-person and telehealth
• Fully Remote – Must be licensed and located in Missouri
