Job Description

• Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Teach and reinforce appropriate social, communication, and daily living skills
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote desired behaviors
• Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure treatment goals are being met
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client progress and session notes
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; RBT certified
• Previous experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disabilities is a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license and/ reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain necessary clearances
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and implement behavior analytic techniques and strategies
