Responsibilities:
As a clinician at Manifest Joy Counseling, your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions.
• Assessing clients' mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a variety of mental health concerns.
• Providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Maintaining accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Staying current with developments in the field of mental health through continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Master's degree or higher in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Independently Licensed as a mental health professional in the state of Arizona (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW). Associate level therapists will be considered.
• Level one fingerprint clearance card from the Department of Public Safety.
• Strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of various therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to client care.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health concerns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Must be able to work with couples.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year. This is a full-time position.
