Job Description
Step into a rewarding opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supporting students and educational staff in a dynamic school setting. Your expertise will directly impact learners by developing behavior intervention plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive meaningful change. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Previous experience working with school-aged children, preferably in an educational setting
• Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and behavioral interventions
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments and develop tailored intervention plans
• Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards in all practices
Core Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments and analyze data to inform intervention strategies
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct support and consultation to teachers, instructional aides, and families
• Train school staff in ABA methodologies, data collection, and behavioral support techniques
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide progress updates
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and professional guidelines
• Adapt strategies to meet the unique needs of diverse student populations
