Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable In-Home ABA Therapist (Behavior Technician) to work directly with children diagnosed with autism in their home environment. Therapists will implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA and support skill acquisition across communication, social, and daily living domains.

Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide 1:1 therapy in the client’s home
• Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and structured session environment
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors
• Attend required training and supervision sessions

Qualifications:
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to pass background check

Pay: $23.00 - $28.00 per hour
