Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Los Altos, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for designing and managing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, monitoring client progress, and implementing behavior management programs. The role also involves collecting data collection, and delivering parent education sessions to support the generalization of treatment goals. Collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams is a key component of this role to ensure quality care and outcomes.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), with experience in developing and supervising ABA intervention plans
• Strong expertise in Behavior Management strategies and techniques for supporting client progress
• Experience in Parent Education and coaching to foster skills generalization and family engagement
• Background in Psychology or a related field, with the ability to integrate psychological principles into behavior intervention strategies
• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with families in a respectful and professional manner
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or related developmental disabilities preferred
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for working on-site in Los Altos, CA
