Rolyn Behavioral Consulting Services is a Georgia-based ABA provider committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and compassionate behavioral services to children and families. We partner with families and schools to create meaningful progress through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

We are seeking dedicated, reliable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.

Position Summary

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides direct one-on-one ABA therapy services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Services are provided in home and/or school settings throughout Georgia. The RBT implements individualized treatment plans, supports skill acquisition, and assists in reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home and/or school settings
• Accurately collect session data and complete detailed session notes daily
• Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with consistency and fidelity
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, self-care, and academics
• Utilize positive behavior support strategies
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Georgia Medicaid documentation standards
• Attend supervision sessions and ongoing training as required by BACB and state guidelines
• Ensure timely completion of required documentation and service notes

Minimum Qualifications
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
• Completion of 40-hour RBT training
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• Ability to pass a criminal background check in accordance with Georgia regulations
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes/schools
• Ability to work independently while following supervision guidance

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
• Experience providing services through Georgia Medicaid or private insurance
• Strong time management and documentation skills

Physical Requirements
• Ability to sit on the floor, bend, kneel, and actively engage with children
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds if necessary
• Ability to respond safely and appropriately to challenging behaviors
