Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to support the clinical team in delivering high-quality ABA services. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a BCBA to assist with assessments, treatment plan implementation, staff support, and caregiver training. This is an excellent opportunity for a BCaBA who enjoys hands-on clinical work and wants to grow within a supportive, expanding organization.
Key Responsibilities Assist the supervising BCBA with functional behavior assessments and skills assessments Support the development and implementation of treatment plans and behavior intervention plans Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs and BTs as assigned by the BCBA Collect, review, and summarize data to support clinical decision-making Assist with caregiver training and model intervention strategies Support treatment plan updates and progress documentation Communicate regularly with the BCBA regarding client progress and clinical needs Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with BACB guidelines
Qualifications Active BCaBA certification in good standing Bachelor's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field Licensed or eligible for licensure in South Carolina (required if applicable) Experience working with children diagnosed with autism and related developmental disabilities Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively under BCBA supervision Reliable transportation for travel to client homes
Preferred Qualifications Experience in in-home ABA service delivery Experience supporting behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs Experience mentoring or supporting RBTs/BTs Interest in advancing toward BCBA certification
