Your Role:
• Maintenance of standard BCBA responsibilities related to case management - caseload of approximately 8-10 clients
• Implement neurodiversity affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
• Conduct assessments
• Submit semi-annual re-evaluations and ensure progress across goals
• Maintain clinical and administrative records in accordance with professional standards and HIPAA guidelines
• Provide parent training and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists
• Provide clear and constructive feedback and trainings to BTs and RBTs

Requirements:
• Current Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum and related disorders, required experience in ABA
• Passing background screening and verification
• Direct experience implementing ABA methodologies to children with autism
