Position Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you will provide in-home ABA therapy services throughout Weber County, including Ogden and nearby communities.
You’ll work one-on-one with children, helping build communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA strategies. This role is hands-on, meaningful, and plays a key part in helping children reach their full potential.
Responsibilities
• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans using both play-based and structured teaching methods
• Collect and record session data electronically
• Maintain consistent communication with your BCBA and clinical team
• Support parent training and skill generalization when appropriate
• Assist with session preparation, organization, and materials
• Follow behavior intervention plans and safety procedures
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
• Take on lead therapist responsibilities when needed
Requirements
• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with our support)
• Reliable transportation to travel within Weber County
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for data collection
• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and authorization to work in the U.S.
