Position: Direct Support Professional
THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION
As a DSP, you’ll build meaningful relationships with individuals and families, working in their homes or the community to provide support and promote independence.

What You'll Do:
• Work one-on-one with individuals in their homes or community
• Help with daily living skills, recreation, and personal growth
• Document progress, health updates, and shift notes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with families and team members
• Take initiative and contribute to a positive team environment
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures
Physical & Work Environment:
• May involve driving, standing, sitting, lifting, transferring individuals, and using adaptive equipment
• Work settings include family homes or community outings (some shifts may require travel up to 30 miles)
Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance & registration
• Clear background and child abuse/neglect check
• Legal U.S. work status
• Ability to read/write English and use apps and online systems
• Flexible to schedule changes or cancellations

• Therapeutic Response
