Job Description
e working closely with clients, families, and other professionals to create individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify problem behaviors.
2. Develop behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
3. Implement evidence-based interventions to address challenging behaviors.
4. Monitor and evaluate progress towards goals and make necessary adjustments.
5. Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals.
6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
7. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
8. Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
2. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
3. Clinical experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in data collection and analysis.
7. Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
8. Understanding of ethical guidelines and professional standards in behavior analysis.
