About the Opportunity
Join a thriving Cardiology Practice comprised of two divisions (Iowa and Illinois), where you'll find a collaborative environment and a strong team of EP colleagues. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to be part of a comprehensive Electrophysiology program with dedicated support and state-of-the-art facilities.
Key Responsibilities & Highlights:
• Provide advanced Cardiac Electrophysiology services, including:
• Full Device Services
• A-Fib ablations
• Lead Extractions
• Cryoablation
• Watchman procedures
• Utilize state-of-the-art 3D Mapping technology (Carto and ESI).
• Work primarily on one hospital campus, minimizing travel throughout the workweek.
• Benefit from no general cardiology call; the EP call rotation is strictly EP-focused.
• Collaborate with a dedicated General Cardiology Hospitalist Program that manages inpatient care, utilizing EP as consultants.
• Access two dedicated EP labs with a 100% EP support team.
Benefits & Compensation
• Base salary range of $650,000-725,000 depending on skillset and experience
• Lucrative bonus structure
• 2-year partnership track with no buy in

Our Team & Resources
Our Iowa Division includes 12 cardiologists, comprising 7 Cardiac Interventionists, 1 Peripheral Interventionalist, and 4 Non-Interventionalists. Our Interventional Services include TAVR, CTO, and complex Endovascular procedures. You'll be supported by a practice staff of 250, including Advanced Practice Providers who offer both hospital and office support. We also maintain collaborative relationships with two health systems.
Efficient and Productive Ancillary Services:
• Arrhythmia Monitoring Center
• Office-Based Lab (Vascular Procedures and Loop Recorders)
• PET, CT, SPECT
• Vein Center
• Echocardiography/Vascular Sonography
Qualifications
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
• Strong commitment to patient care and teamwork.
