What You'll Be Doing:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or center settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect and track data with accuracy (Rethink platform)
• Maintain high-quality, consistent session delivery (BIP fidelity)
• Communicate progress and observations with your BCBA and team
• Participate in onboarding check-ins (7-day & 30-day support system)

What You Bring:
• Active RBT Certification
• Minimum 6 months experience working with children with developmental needs
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with data collection
• Patient, creative, and genuinely passionate about this field
• Spanish Speaking is a must

Qualifications

  • Active RBT Certification
