Job Description
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

ABA Achievers is looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work part-time with a 14-year-old client for approximately 25 hours per week. If you're passionate about helping children and teens with autism build confidence, independence, and everyday life skills, we'd love to have you on our team.
Hours
25 hrs./ flexible
Responsibilities:
• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in process
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA
Skills:
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Current RBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
