The weekend, in-home BCBA will be responsible for leading clinical programming and supervising behavior technicians providing 1:1 therapy in-home within the New Milford, CT area. This role is ideal for a passionate BCBA who thrives in team-centered environment valuing high-quality client care, staff development and professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, Vineland)
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and ongoing program modifications
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings
• Maintain ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB
• Participate in team meetings, parent trainings, and staff development sessions
• Weekend, part-time position; perfect for those looking to compliment their current schedule!
Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB
• Active CT licensure under the Department of Public Health
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children
• Experience in a center setting is a plus but not required!
